David K.A. Mordecai was invited to present at The Good, The Bad and The Ugly: Lessons from the Market Crises Conference jointly sponsored by The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, The Oliver Wyman Institute, and University of Cambridge Judge Business School. The conference took place on June 29, 2008, at Claridges in London.

David Mordecai joined the panel entitled The Bad – Cat Risks, External Disasters, and spoke on The Practitioner’s View – The Evolution of Structured Credit, and Lessons From Other Markets. Other panel participants were Dr. Thomas Garside, Chairman of Oliver Wyman, Professor Neil Doherty Professor of Risk and Insurance, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Professor Francis Diebold, J.M. Cohen Professor of Economics, Finance and Statistics, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
