Risk Economics sponsored the third annual TEDx Manhattan 2013: Changing the Way we Eat on February 16, 2013. This one-day TEDx event explored the food system as we shift to a more sustainable way of eating and farming. The goal of “Changing the Way We Eat” was to create new synergies, connections and collaborations across disciplines, to unite different areas of the food movement, and to introduce the TEDx audience to the exciting and innovative work being done in this field. The event hosted approximately 400 participants, and also included live webcasts to provide access to viewers worldwide.

- Bill Yosses, White House Executive Chef
The event was organized by Glynwood and the TEDx Manhattan organizing team, took place at the Time Square Center in NYC.
