Samantha Kappagoda, Chief Economist of Risk Economics, Inc. and Independent Director of the Credit Suisse Funds, was invited to speak at the WCD Webinar on GenAI/Technology Risk & Audit Committee Oversight, on March 18, 2025.

The panel sought to provide an in-depth overview of board and audit committee oversight of technology risk, and was moderated by Allison Downey, Partner at KPMG. Samantha’s fellow panelists were Sonita Lontoh, Director of Sunrun Inc., TrueBlue Inc., Sway Ventures; and Swami Chandrasekeran, Principal, Head of AI & Data Labs, KPMG.
